Digital Products
Finite things you can finish, price, and hand over. Stacked until they hold — not another endless build.
AironSoftLab makes digital products that follow one current: an offer you can name, a week you can run, a way to find the next client.
The Solo Stack — offer, system, clients.
WHAT WE BUILD
Finite things you can finish, price, and hand over. Stacked until they hold — not another endless build.
Workspace, delivery, the unglamorous parts that keep a practice alive. The branch has to bear fruit.
Small trials in awkward places. A few take root; most do not, and that is the point.
PRODUCTS
THE SOLO STACK™
They were built to follow each other. They work apart if that’s all you need.
Offer
A fire people gather around. Name what you sell before you build a machine for it.
System
A lantern you can carry. The same steps for every client, so Tuesday doesn’t get reinvented.
Clients
A light someone can find in weather. Follow-up, pipeline, the path to the door.
BUILD THE OFFER

Write down what you already know as a fixed-price offer a stranger can buy.

Turn that offer into the actual week: clients, files, delivery — without a second brain.
Open the Workspace KitFILL THE PIPELINE

Find people, keep the thread, move a maybe to a yes. The unromantic part of getting hired.
Open the Client Flow EngineHOW WE BUILD

Start with what’s actually blocking the work — a vague offer, a week that will not hold — not a prettier carve.

First faces only. A version someone can try this week. Nothing finished for the shelf.

Give it to someone who sells their own work. You find out which edges they actually use.

Polish the parts that stayed in someone’s hands. Drop what they walked past.
Software, automation, a checklist, a model — we pick whatever carries the work. Loyalty is to the product, not the stack.
ABOUT
AironSoftLab builds digital products for consultants, freelancers and small operators — people who sell their own work, not enterprise platforms.
The photograph is honest: one person on a ridge, a dirt path that actually goes somewhere. That’s the scale we like to work at.
The lake and the farther ranges are the point of going. Products should travel. The studio does not have to.
We stay small on purpose. The work is meant to be used far from the desk it was made at.
