Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Agreement

By using this website or purchasing services or digital products from Airon SoftLab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

2. Services & Digital Access

We provide software development, automation, AI integration, and related digital products or deliverables as described in proposals, invoices, or product pages. For digital products, access is typically delivered electronically after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

For custom development and consulting, refunds are handled according to the written agreement or statement of work for that project. For eligible digital products sold with a stated money-back guarantee, you may request a refund within the stated period by emailing support@aironsoftlab.com with your order details. Abuse of refund policies may result in denial of future refunds or access.

4. Payments & Third-Party Processors

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (such as Lemon Squeezy or other payment processors) acting as Merchant of Record or payment intermediary. Their buyer terms also apply to checkout and billing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Airon SoftLab retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as set out in the project agreement. You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airon SoftLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability related to a purchase or engagement is limited to the fees paid for that purchase or engagement.
